We’ll also explore your data requirements, reporting needs, and technology integration.

3. Final checks (Execution phase)

We’ll coordinate with legal, banking and regulatory bodies to ensure a seamless handover. Key onboarding elements like KYC reviews, account transitions, and system migrations are completed with proactive updates given throughout, ensuring there are no last-minute delays or surprises.

4. Doors closed, cabin secure (Transition phase)

Before migration we run final checks to secure your new operating model, ensuring all investor reporting is in place, outputs are aligned with expectations, and the transition is complete – with minimal impact to your investors. We gather feedback, incorporate lessons learned, and ensure the experience not only met expectation, but sets the standard, and tone, for your ongoing journey with us.
